What is energetic interference?

What is energetic interference and how does it sound like?

Our energy is precious. It is therefore no wonder that it is being messed with daily and through several different ways in our lifetime.

What exactly is energetic interference?

Energetic interference is when the purest form of our energy or energetic expression is being interfered with. This then gets in the way of our divine form of expression and hinders the progress of such. Oftentimes, this is indeed negative energy impacting our pure energy.

What exactly is our "pure energy"? We are all born with the divine spark (at least if you are a soul and have a soul). We all have this purest form of expression and carry it innately within us. As children, we are able to express this pure energy in the most unfiltered way. We are eager to engage in playful behavior, experience unconditional love towards ourselves and other beings (humans, pets, you name it) and we express our innate soul desires in the most innocent way possible.

Over time, as we go through life, this energy gets muddled up. It can happen due to childhood trauma or any other type of trauma. Or a strict environment and upbringing and parents who want to raise us according to their ideals. Whatever the reason may be, as we grow older and grow up, we oftentimes have to dim our light and with it our innate, clear form of expression. This is all part of our pure energy and who we are.

The more we walk through life, the more we get thrown obstacles in the way. It is just part of the matrix "game,", isn't it? For some this could be an actual traumatic experience. For others just mini-traumas, such as bullying in school, never feeling accepted by others and not being free to express our true selves.

This is where negative energy comes into play. "Negative" energy can be anything really:

• jealousy others may have towards us

• us just not feeling comfortable

• actual trauma we have experienced (from others)

• EMF radiation around us bombarding us

• astral entities trying to get to us through nightmares

• astral entities/ AI trying to get to us through other ways...

... the reasons are plenty.

Reasons for energetic interference:

There are several ways to tell whether or not a person is experiencing energetic interference. Here are a few:

• the energy field does seem as "clear" as it should be

• you feel rejected by another person's energy

• there are actual entities or entity attachments in a person's field

• their voice sounds different

• you can actually pick up on interference in podcasts/ videos

• their auric field is depleted, weak or has holes in it

... just to name a few!

I believe it goes without saying that keeping our energy field as clear and clean on a daily basis as possible is a great goal to have. When we do this, we are also able to tap into our intuition in a stronger way and listen to our gut feelings. Overall we are able to just live a life that is cleared of any negative influences and does not keep us stuck in a negative energy, entity, and trauma loop.

This is indeed all part of managing our energy effectively. And it oftentimes is a daily task. Especially in the beginning. Of equal importance is the protection of our energy. Once all debris is cleared, we need to know how to keep that energy clear from any future interference. Or at least we should be able to get it off quite rapidly whenever a form of interference happens.
