Why are psychic readings not accurate anymore?

Updated: Jan 15

Are psychic readings and psychic predictions inaccurate these days? In this article I explore a few reasons as to why this may be and the causes behind it. Spoiler alert: It may not look pretty and you may not like what I have to say.

Have you ever had a psychic reading done? What about psychic predictions, which were made in regards to your future (or anyone's future you were inquiring about)?

Have you then gone about your day. Weeks, months, perhaps even years passed by. And the predicted event actually never came true or things occurred completely different from the actual prediction? Welcome, you are not alone!

This is actually a very common occurrence and it happens to many people. Way more people than the money-hungry and deceptive psychic industry wants you to know about. If all people came forward who were fooled and lied to during their readings, the scandals and bad PR would be never-ending.

However, since psychic readings are seen more as "entertainment" than life advice or psychological counseling, the charlatans are usually never exposed. They are simply tolerated or even worshipped. Even if a large portion of their readings never came true.

The future is unpredictable! Here is why:

Psychics read energy. The good ones at least do. However, they are not qualified to give any type of future prediction based on that. Now why is that?

The future is fully fluid and (luckily) always subject to change. Think about it as a road splitting into many paths and eventually merging into each other again. Or taking completely different turns and routes to a different destination.

How do you determine which path or road to take? You simply do it. Sometimes without much thought behind it. Sometimes because the path is enticing to you. And yet other times because another person is pushing you towards it (think marriage or relationships, decisions made by relatives, peer pressures and so on).

That is exactly what is happening when free will is involved. People always have the choice to choose a different path, adventure or outcome according to how they decide. A "good" psychic might pick up on a few of those potentials. But eventually the prediction is meaningless. Because you can easily choose differently and end up somewhere completely else. Does this make sense?

Now imagine this happening on a world state. In which many key players are involved, not just one or two people. The amount of unlimited potential and free decision power involved alone will overcomplicate any prediction to come. Sure, some drama and events happen during days that are more susceptible to it. Others do not, though.

Yes, some predictions do come true. Absolutely. I predict things for my own self all the time and I am pretty accurate in certain areas. However, whenever something in my reality has changed (take the most recent government shutdown and a major trip of mine being postponed), so does my prediction. For example, about six weeks before my major journey I already started getting all the signs (learn how to predict them yourself here). And that something was impeding my plans. I didn't know what it was until weeks later and it all made sense.

At this point I know changes can easily happen and I am open to it. However, imagine a psychic with a huge ego, who randomly predicts things, which are then subject to change, and who will then never correct their error? The damage these type of predictions can do is outrageous, deceptive and outright negligent. It can actually destroy people's lives and I have seen it done to some.

Can psychic readings do serious damage and delay you in life?

When it comes to the damage psychic readings can do, I am always reminded of a story my good friend told me years ago. She was dating a guy on serious terms. Let's call him W in this case. W and her were together for a couple of years. However, she got bad vibes and the nagging feeling something was very off about their relationship six months in already. Despite her intuition warning her, it still took her a while to finally end things.

Fast forward a few months after the breakup. She sees a psychic in a renowned psychic store (back then it was still in person). This "seasoned" psychic insists on W still being in her energy, really loving her and wanting another chance with her. According to her prediction, W was a good man and a great fit and she should give it another chance.

Well, as the story goes, my friend and W got back together (mainly due to her reading). And it ended up in a massive disaster. She caught him cheating multiple times and as it turns out he had always been unfaithful from the start. He was actually never that "good guy" the psychic claimed he was. Instead, he was extremely immature, wounded and a massive time sink. Hence my friend's "nagging feeling" from early-on.

This is why I always encourage to trust your own intuition these days. It will be the only thing keeping you afloat in the world of deceptions and bad psychic readers.

My own experience with psychics:

Of course I have my own share of really bad psychic predictions made. These vary from palm readers, astrologers, small town psychics to actual high-class psychic gurus. I do feel when you are naturally psychic but don't yet know how to tap into your own senses, you tend to be attracted to the world of psychics from the start.

Things so-called psychics have predicted for me, even in recent years:

  • Starting a family at a certain age (one claimed it to be 3 years from the time she predicted it. It did not happen, not even close.).

  • Moving to a completely new town cross-country in "6 months". Never occurred, not even to this date. It was never in the cards for me.

  • Finding "my place" during 2020. Instead, the sublet I found approx. 1 month after the fraudster psychic gave her prediction was a mold-infested studio, which took me years to physically recover from. So much to "my ideal place" to live.

  • Having a "visual" hobby in retirement (instead I made that visual hobby my career for 12+ years straight and still practice it).

  • My person not being my person but instead just a "temporary or meaningless" connection (going almost a decade strong at this point).

Unfortunately these people are still practicing and harming others with their lousiness.

Here are some things psychics failed to predict:

  • Me meeting a significant soul connection at the time I did (it was an important event and should have been easily predictable)

  • My move abroad at the time it happened (no psychic ever predicted a move to Australia for me, which ended up being a pretty massive life experience)

  • My good friend at the time putting voodoo curses and spells on me (which I then had to take off with techniques I teach here since no one else was capable of it)

  • Me meeting someone on a major trip abroad and falling in love for years to come (again, a life-changing event)

  • My soul feeling called to a different area in the world than I was at the time

  • And so many more!

One does have to wonder if psychics in general do more damage than good. Especially when you try to consult them for major life decisions.

Here are some general things psychics never predicted, which should already make your head spin and make you wonder about their legitimacy and "abilities":

  • 2020 and the pandemic (this is massive!)

  • The current Middle East conflict (strange, should have been fully predictable - or not?)

  • Any future president / word leader etc. (half of all psychics usually get this wrong every time the elections roll in)

  • What's really going on behind the scenes in the cabal world / illuminati

  • What is really happening with Antarctica

  • Anything about the Vatican

  • And so many more, truly urgent topics, which barely get any thought or attention!

Was Sylvia Browne a horrible psychic?

Have you ever heard of the Sylvia Browne case? She is also known as "the fake psychic who ruined lives" - and that is put in a nice way. Browne supposedly predicted the so-called plandemic. And that's great if she really did.

However, what is not as well-known about her is the amount of psychic predictions she gave on talk shows open out in the public, which were outright false and damaging.

One scenario comes to mind, in which a young woman inquired about her deceased father. Browne goes on saying this man was never her true father, implying her mother cheated on him. Years later the same woman got a DNA-test. Her father was a true match. The reading was a complete disaster. And possible did a lot of damage in that young woman's life.

There are many other people speaking out against false predictions Browne made in regards to their own personal lives. One psychic even claims she was contacted for readings by former Browne clients, because they were so traumatized by her they needed a second opinion.

Here are a few reasons as to why you need to be careful with psychic readers:

1) It is hard to make psychic predictions these days no matter what field you are in. This goes for channelers, seasoned psychics, astrologers - all fields. The reasons are as stated above already: Our future is fluid. We have free will. Decisions can change. Actions can happen, which delay a prediction or completely change it. Timelines shift rather fast. Most psychics do not understand this.

2) A lot of psychics channel entities. Entities and AI do not know the future. Instead, they may try to manipulate you towards an outcome they want you to be in. However, this is never set in stone. And most likely it is not the one you want or your soul is desiring. Only you know what it is your soul wants. Don't have a random entity or channeler take that away from you or manipulate you in a different direction. You owe it to yourself to discover your own power.

3) Psychic readers may have their own prejudices or backgrounds. These can severely hinder a reading or accuracy of it. For example, if a reader does not understand the type of soul connection you have with another, they might try to stir you in a different direction. This has happened to me several times. It's a true wakeup call to the toxicity of the reader when it does. Same goes with income or business advice. Most people may want you to do well. But rarely better than them. This applies in this case, too.

4) Psychic readings can actually be quite disempowering. There is nothing empowering when you are constantly seeking advice or need your monthly / yearly fix on future predictions. Instead, you are playing into the hands of the psychic, who may or may not call in entities and feast of your energy. It's a hard pass for me!

The rabbit hole goes deep...

The rabbit hole of bad psychic readers and readings goes very deep. It is an unpleasant topic to address. But in times like these it's necessary to address why these predictions and statements are becoming more and more false. And to make people aware to not give too many credibility to them. Because myself (and others) needed to learn the hard way.

This is exactly why I started tapping into my own intuition. Our body and consciousness truly know best. If you were to get a reading done, the best way to do it is to simply read yourself.

If you are curious to learn more about your psychic senses, become a remote viewer and read the signs in your daily life, I highly recommend my course: Activate your Intuition: The Intuition Master Course. It teaches all this and so much more. No need to call in entities ever!
