What are pre-birth memories?

What are pre-birth memories and why are they an important key to your ancestral trauma and DNA-healing?

Pre-birth memories may be coming up for some people these days. For sure they are popping up more and more online, similar to the dubious "NDE" experiences. Topics like this always fascinate people because not everyone feels they can access them. When in reality we can all go back in time and reshape what happened, which in turn can impact our current reality.

Pre-birth memories are interesting, because they can be quite intense for those who have experienced them. I myself was able to go back to the time right before I was born and during my actual birth. I remember my astral journey vividly, even though it was a little while ago at this point.

As some of you may know at this point, I was born a twin. My twin sister was born before I was. I could vividly see my mother in the hospital and her exhaustion from already having given birth to one child on that day. It must have been extremely painful and taxing on her body (both were natural births back then).

I could also feel how I was rejecting to come in and how traumatized I was when I was actually born. Indeed, I did not want to be here in this reality and I even tried to roll myself off the table, which me and my twin were placed on. It appears one of the many bystanders caught me last minute, which was intense to see through my mind's eye so many years after.

There were quite a few bystanders, as it was a twin birth. In addition, the attending staff had called a few student interns into the room. I guess twin births were seen as special back in the day and were part of their curriculum.

I actually called up my parents after to confirm a few details I had gotten during my journey back in time. And the visions I had gotten, including what the room really looked like, were confirmed to the best of the extent they were aware of. Of course it's been a few decades since that experience and not everyone remembers all details of how things really were.

From my own experience I can therefore say that sometimes pre-birth memories are no fun as they bring up a lot of traumatizing emotions, thoughts and scenarios. Some of which you were unaware of and that are being brought to light with the memory. Others that may have shaped how you walked through life and why you have the emotions and relationships you are dealing with now.

For example, you may pick up on your parents not feeling welcoming to their child when it was first born. Perhaps they were too young or unprepared. This could have put a huge damper onto your self-esteem and confidence levels throughout life until you finally found a way to show love towards your own self. Or perhaps you are still carrying that trauma with you and it now comes to light with your pre-birth memory.

Or maybe you have a vision of what it was like on the other side and how it was to come in now. These visions can be hard for some, especially if it was much happier behind the veil and you now feel trapped here or helpless in your circumstances.
