The energies have been quite intense as of late and a lot of people, namely empaths, might have been picking up on it. From giddy ups and downs, highs and lows, the push and pull from both sides of the spectrum (negative vs positive outlooks) has been immense. From full blown conflicts as we are seeing on the world stage to smaller tantrums - everything goes. In times like these it is important to stay congruent with our own vibe and inside our own energy bubble as a means of grounding and stabilizing.
