The British singer Robbie Williams once sang: “Youth is wasted on the young. Before you know it's come and gone too soon." I have now finally come to understand what that means.
You might be at a point in your life where you see how much of your energy was spent on heartbreak, headache and pain in the younger years. Most of those things, which are now not really relevant anymore, but have left their traces. And shaped us to become who we are now. When what we could use the most is those happy memories, success stories and uplifting thoughts.
Luckily, youth is oftentimes up to interpretation and perception. Here is to the “younger” years.🌹
