Best way to ground? Moving the body and feeling into the body. The moment we get taken out of our body, that’s when we experience the most ungrounded-ness. Breathing exercises, moving, dancing, even eating can help greatly with grounding and establishing a connection to our physical vessel. Our body is our temple after all, right?
