When you are grateful, everything shifts. Being grateful for the present moment, the things you have, the situation you are in, the life you have lived puts you in the now. Gratitude opens up your heart and expands your soul and vibration.
When you are grateful, you seldom feel fear. Instead, you feel joy, happiness, perhaps nostalgia but mostly a very present now. Daily gratitude is practiced world-wide, mostly during the month of November. But it can certainly be practiced on a daily basis whenever you want.
